The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi is a government of India initiative in which all farmers will receive up to INR 6,000 per year as minimum income support. Piyush Goyal announced the initiative during India’s 2019 Interim Union Budget on February 1, 2019.
JP Nadda, national president of the BJP, and BL Santosh, national general secretary of the party, have confirmed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the 11th installment of the PM Kisan scheme today.
The government will release the 11th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, or PM Kisan scheme, on Tuesday, May 31, according to the Centre and several BJP leaders. Over 10 crore farmers and farmer families will receive grants of Rs 2,000 each under this installment. The BJP’s national president, JP Nadda, and national general secretary, BL Santosh, have confirmed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release the 11th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, worth more than Rs 21,000 crore, at an event in Shimla today.

Eligibility for PM Kisan Samman Nidhi
However, not all farmers receive government grants through the PM Kisan scheme. The PM Kisan scheme has eligibility criteria under which small and marginal farmers who are Indian nationals can receive benefits. Furthermore, under the PM Kisan scheme, all landholding farmer families with cultivable landholding in their names are eligible for grants.
PM Kisan Beneficiary List
You must check your name on the beneficiary list if you are an eligible beneficiary and have registered for the PM Kisan scheme. This can be verified using the following methods:
- The PM Kisan Beneficiary List will be made available to farmers at Panchayats.
- States and union territories must also notify eligible farmers of their beneficiary status via SMS.
- Eligible farmers can also check their beneficiary status by going to https://pmkisan.gov.in/BeneficiaryStatus.aspx and entering the necessary information.
- The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, or PM Kisan Scheme, is a central government initiative launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Under the PM Kisan scheme, eligible landholding farmer families receive Rs 2,000 every four months, for a total of Rs 6,000 per year.
